Noble Safety Standards

Noble Black Car Service is fully licensed by the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) and complies with all NYC for-hire vehicle regulations. All chauffeurs are background-checked, drug-tested, and trained; all vehicles are commercially insured and inspected on schedule.

Chauffeur Safety

Valid NY State driver's license + 3+ years driving experience required
NYC TLC For-Hire Vehicle Driver license (background check, fingerprinting, drug test)
Mandatory 24+ hour TLC training program completed
Defensive driving course completion
Annual drug test + fitness for duty inspections
Sex offender registry check

Vehicle Safety

Annual vehicle inspection (every 4 months for high-mileage)
Commercial insurance ($1M+ liability coverage)
Late-model fleet (vehicles within TLC age limits)
TLC plate visible on every vehicle
GPS tracking on all vehicles 24/7

Corporate Compliance

Plan a safe pickup

Choose a pickup point where you can wait safely and where a car can stop. At an airport, follow the terminal signs and the meeting instructions sent for your trip. Do not walk into a traffic lane to look for a car. If the meeting point is unclear, stay in a safe place and call dispatch.

Before you get in, check that the driver and ride details match your booking. Tell the driver if a seat belt or child seat needs attention before the trip starts. Let us know the size of any large bags, stroller or mobility aid when you book so there is space to store it. Keep the aisles and exits clear. If your group grows or your luggage changes, contact the team rather than assume it will all fit in the booked car.
