Terms of Service

1. Booking

Reservations must be made online at nobleblackcarservice.com/book or by calling (888) 503-4449. Standard advance notice is 24 hours; 5-7 days for holiday weekends and major events. Same-day booking is accepted but subject to vehicle availability.

2. Payment

Payment is processed at booking via credit card or corporate account. Flat-rate prices include tolls, taxes, and standard 18% gratuity. No surprise charges; the price quoted at booking is the final price.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup may be charged 50% of the booking total. No-shows are charged 100% of booking total.

4. Flight Tracking & Wait Time

Airport arrivals receive real-time flight tracking via FAA flight data and 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after wheels-down. Beyond 60 minutes, wait time is billed at the hourly rate of the booked vehicle tier.

5. Liability

Noble Black Car Service maintains commercial insurance ($1M+ liability) on all vehicles. Liability is limited to the terms of our commercial insurance policy. Noble is not liable for missed flights due to passenger-caused delays (e.g., late departure from origin address).

6. Vehicle Damage

Passengers are responsible for damage caused to vehicles during their booking, including excessive cleaning fees ($150-300 typical for major spills, $500+ for upholstery damage). Standard wear-and-tear is not charged.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
