Airport waiting & child seats
Airport pickups include 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights after landing. Additional waiting is chargeable.
Requested child seats cost $20 extra per seat. First Class SUV capacity is 1–6 passengers; children count toward capacity.
How your booking works
- Enter your pickup, destination, date, and time, then select your vehicle and review the flat rate.
- Receive your confirmation by email and text. Chauffeur details arrive before pickup.
- Your chauffeur meets you at your arranged pickup location. Flight tracking is included for airport arrivals.
How far in advance should I book?
24 hours of notice is sufficient for routine weekday transfers. For Friday afternoons, holiday weekends, and Fashion Week, book 5-7 days ahead — premium SUV and First Class inventory sells out first. Same-day booking is available 24/7, subject to availability.
What is included in the flat rate?
Every flat rate includes tolls, taxes, and standard gratuity, plus a TLC-licensed chauffeur, real-time flight tracking, meet-and-greet at the confirmed terminal meeting point, and 45-minute domestic / 60-minute international complimentary wait. There are no fuel surcharges, no booking fees, and no surge pricing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Noble tracks every flight in real time, so your chauffeur’s arrival adjusts automatically to the new landing time — no rebooking fee, no penalty, no need to call. Airport pickups include 45-minute domestic / 60-minute international complimentary wait after landing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is processed at booking via credit card or corporate account. Corporate clients receive centralized monthly invoicing. The confirmed rate covers the booked itinerary. Additional waiting, requested extras, and itinerary changes are charged under the published policies.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellation 24+ hours before pickup: full refund or credit. 12 to under 24 hours: 50% fee; 2 to under 12 hours: 75%; under 2 hours or no-show: 100%. Changes to pickup time, location, vehicle or passenger count are subject to availability. Last-minute changes may require cancellation and rebooking, with the applicable cancellation fee. Existing reservations retain the cancellation terms agreed at booking.
