45-minute domestic / 60-minute international complimentary wait after wheels-down. Flight tracking. Delayed flight moves pickup. No rebooking fee.
For airport transfers, additional waiting after the included allowance costs $1 per minute. For example, 15 additional minutes cost $15.
This applies after 45 minutes for domestic arrivals or 60 minutes for international arrivals after landing. Hourly charters are billed for their reserved service window and any agreed extension; the airport allowance does not add free time to an hourly charter.
Late aircraft we track; late leaving origin is on the passenger (terms §5). Hourly waits as long as you hold the car.

The included airport wait is 45 minutes for a domestic flight and 60 minutes for an international flight, measured from actual arrival. Keep your phone available after landing. Tell dispatch if bags or border checks are taking longer than expected, and ask about extra wait before the included time ends.
For example, a domestic flight that arrives at 2:00 p.m. has included wait until 2:45 p.m. An international arrival at the same time has included wait until 3:00 p.m. Share the flight number when you book so the team can follow the arrival. If you switch to a different flight, send the new details. Do not assume that a message to the airline updates your car booking. If you cannot find the meeting point, stay in a safe place and call the team.
