One routing note from experience: NYC parkways (Belt Parkway, Grand Central Parkway, the Southern State) prohibit vehicles of the Sprinter's class, so chauffeurs route via expressways — the Van Wyck Expressway (I-678), Long Island Expressway, and I-495. It can add a few minutes versus a sedan on the same trip; dispatch builds that into your pickup time.
The Sprinter Van is $200/hr with a 4-hour minimum — an $800 floor that covers most event blocks. Tolls, taxes, and standard gratuity are included, and the rate never surges. Airport and cruise journeys use the same hourly rate and four-hour minimum. Point-to-point Sprinter fares are not offered.

Per-person math is where the Sprinter earns its rate: a 4-hour, 12-passenger booking is $800 — about $67 per person for the booked block, before any requested extras. Confirm luggage fit and the complete itinerary with dispatch. For smaller groups, the First Class SUV at $150/hr is the honest recommendation.
