An SUV seats up to six passengers, but formalwear, luggage and child seats can affect the space your group needs. Send those details to dispatch to confirm a comfortable fit. The Sprinter executive configuration seats 10–14; larger groups may need several vehicles or shuttle trips.
Tolls and 20% gratuity are in the number. Never surge. Pickup in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Newark, and Jersey City at the same hourly rate. A Hamptons wedding that is one-way long haul sits on long-distance. A full day on the East End bills hourly.
Wedding Guest Shuttles: Hotels, Ceremony and Reception
Build the shuttle schedule around when guests need to arrive. List each hotel pickup, the number of riders and the ceremony arrival deadline. Confirm loading locations with your venues and allow time for boarding, traffic and unloading between trips.
A single Sprinter can make successive trips when the schedule allows. If two groups need pickup at the same time or everyone must arrive together, ask dispatch to quote multiple vehicles. Include any bags or child seats when confirming the passenger count for each trip.
Plan reception returns separately: an early departure for some guests and a final departure for the remaining group may need different arrangements. Give your coordinator the confirmed pickup times and one dispatch contact for changes.
