Tolls and 18% gratuity are in the number. Never surge. Pickup in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Newark, and Jersey City at the same hourly rate. A Hamptons wedding that is one-way long haul sits on long-distance. A full day on the East End bills hourly.
Evening galas, Lincoln Center, SoHo. Prom, bachelor and bachelorette (Sprinter 10–14). Fashion Week (February and September): book 1 week ahead. Sample teams run Sprinters; the couple or editors run the Escalade. UN General Assembly (mid-to-late September): book 2 weeks ahead, hourly not a single drop. Midtown East security freezes blocks. Corporate accounts hold priority.
Guest landings at JFK, LGA, or EWR use airport transfer. An hourly wedding day that ends at LGA, EWR, TEB, HPN, or ISP includes flight tracking on the last leg at no charge.
