From terms §3: free until 4 hours; within 4 hours up to 50%; no-show 100%.
Cancellation tiers
- More than 4 hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund
- Within 4 hours of pickup: Up to 50% of booking total
- No-show: 100% of booking total
No 24-hour cancellation line. The 4-hour window applies to all bookings.
Changes and flight delays
- Time or destination changes free with notice
- Flight delays reschedule at no charge — FAA tracking moves your pickup automatically
How to cancel
Payment is collected at booking. Refunds processed within 3–5 business days.
