Noble Black Car Service is operated by a small dispatch team and a fleet of NYC TLC-licensed chauffeurs. Senior chauffeurs (5+ years average tenure) handle executive assignments — Cadillac Escalade ESV with privacy partition, NDA-bound dispatch for pre-IPO and M&A clients.

Chauffeur Standards

  • NYC TLC For-Hire Vehicle Driver license (background checked, drug tested, fingerprinted)
  • Mandatory TLC training program (24+ hours) + defensive driving course
  • Standard NDA at hire; custom corporate NDAs supported
  • 5+ year average tenure for executive client assignments
  • Trained in: greeting protocol, executive seating norms, FBO procedures (private aviation), formal attire standards, late-night dispatch professionalism

Dispatch & Operations

24/7/365 dispatch. Real-time FAA flight tracking for all airport arrivals. Multi-vehicle bookings get a dedicated dispatcher (corporate accounts, weddings, FIFA 2026 sponsor delegations). Centralized monthly invoicing on Concur, SAP, Workday, Coupa.
