Our Team
Noble Black Car Service is operated by three working groups: a corps of NYC TLC-licensed chauffeurs, a 24/7 dispatch team, and corporate account managers. There is no call center and no franchise layer — the people described on this page book, dispatch, and drive every Noble ride. Senior chauffeurs with 5+ years of tenure handle executive assignments, including NDA-bound work for pre-IPO and M&A clients. Updated July 2026.
Every Noble Black Car Service chauffeur is a NYC TLC For-Hire Vehicle licensed driver — the legal credential required to carry passengers for hire in New York City. Chauffeurs are assigned by tier: Business Sedan and Business SUV work goes to the full corps, while First Class Sedan (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series), First Class SUV (Cadillac Escalade ESV), and standing corporate assignments go to senior chauffeurs with 5+ years of tenure.
Executive work has its own protocol: chauffeurs are trained in greeting procedure, executive seating norms, private-aviation FBO procedures at Teterboro Airport (TEB) and Westchester County Airport (HPN), formal attire standards, and late-night dispatch professionalism. Conversation follows the rider's lead — a chauffeur who says nothing for 40 minutes because the passenger is on a call is doing the job correctly.
The vetting pipeline starts with New York City's licensing regime and adds Noble Black Car Service's own standards on top. According to the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission, a For-Hire Vehicle Driver license requires a fingerprint-based background check, drug testing, and mandatory driver education before licensure — and drug testing continues on the TLC's schedule for as long as the license is held.
Only after all five steps does a chauffeur take a Noble Black Car Service assignment — and executive-tier assignments require the 5+ year tenure mark on top of that.
Dispatch runs 24/7/365. Every airport pickup is monitored against live FAA flight data, so a delayed arrival into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) reschedules the chauffeur automatically — riders never pay for a wait caused by their airline. Airport arrivals include meet-and-greet and a 60-minute complimentary wait after wheels-down.
Multi-vehicle bookings — weddings, executive roadshows, group events — are assigned a dedicated dispatcher who owns the job from confirmation to final drop-off. Riders can follow any reservation through the reservation tracker, and dispatch answers (888) 503-4449 at any hour.
Corporate clients work with an account manager rather than a booking queue. Account managers handle setup (free, typically active within 24–48 hours), standing reservations, executive travel-team access, and centralized monthly invoicing compatible with Concur, SAP, Workday, and Coupa. The corporate roster includes Fortune 500 firms — Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Citi, BlackRock, Bloomberg, and Meta among them.
Account managers also coordinate the logistics-heavy work: multi-city roadshows, recurring airport runs for rotating executives, and event transportation with staggered pickups. Details and setup are on the corporate car service page.
Every Noble Black Car Service chauffeur and dispatcher operates under a non-disclosure agreement. What is said, seen, or overheard in a Noble vehicle stays there — itineraries, passenger identities, and destinations are never discussed, including internally beyond what dispatch requires. Clients in pre-IPO, M&A, legal, and talent situations can execute their own NDA paperwork with Noble; the account manager routes it to every chauffeur and dispatcher touching that account.
