When you book Noble Black Car Service, we collect: name, email address, phone number, pickup and dropoff addresses, date and time of travel, flight number (for airport bookings), payment information, and any special requests (NDA, child seat, oversize luggage). For corporate accounts, we collect company tax ID, billing address, and authorized booker list.

2. How We Use Information

Booking information is used to dispatch chauffeurs and provide service. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant third-party processors (Stripe, Authorize.net). Flight numbers are used for FAA flight tracking. Email addresses receive booking confirmations and (with consent) periodic Noble updates.

3. Data Sharing

Noble does not sell or rent your data. Limited data is shared with: chauffeur (name, pickup, dropoff, flight number for the assignment), payment processor (transaction data), corporate account administrators (for billing). NDA-bound chauffeurs receive only the minimum information needed for the assignment.

4. Data Retention

Booking records retained 7 years (tax / regulatory requirement). Payment information retained per PCI compliance (typically the masked card number; full PAN never stored on Noble systems). Marketing communications opt-out applied immediately upon request.

5. Cookies

nobleblackcarservice.com uses essential cookies (session management, booking state) and analytics cookies (anonymous traffic measurement). No third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your Rights

You may request: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data (subject to retention requirements), and opt-out of marketing communications. Email privacy@nobleblackcarservice.com for any request.

7. Security

All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment processing through PCI-compliant providers. Internal access to passenger data restricted to dispatch and admin staff with confidentiality obligations.
