1. Information We Collect

When you book, we ask for your name, email and phone number. We also need the pickup and drop-off points, trip date and time. For an airport trip, we ask for your flight number. We collect payment details and requests such as a child seat or extra bags. For a business account, we ask for a tax ID, billing address and the names of staff who may book.

2. How We Use Information

We use your trip details to send a driver and provide the ride. Payment firms process your payment. We use the flight number to track your arrival. We send booking details by email. With your consent, we may also send news from Noble.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. The driver gets the details needed for the ride, such as your name, route and flight. The payment firm gets the data needed to process the charge. A business account manager may see trip details for billing. Drivers receive only what they need for the job.

4. Data Retention

We keep booking records for seven years. Payment records follow the rules of our payment providers. We may keep a masked card number. We do not store the full card number on Noble systems. You can ask us to stop sending marketing emails at any time. We apply that request when we receive it.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your booking session working. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand site use and track booking events. These tools may use cookies or device data. Your browser settings let you limit or clear cookies. Some booking features may not work if you block all cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can ask to see your data or fix a mistake in it. You can also ask us to delete it or stop sending marketing messages. Some records may need to be kept to meet our record-keeping duties. Send requests to privacy@nobleblackcarservice.com.

7. Security

The site uses HTTPS to protect data sent to and from your browser. Payment providers handle card processing. Access to guest data is limited to dispatch and staff who need it for their work. Those staff must keep the data private.
