Accessibility & ADA Service

Noble Black Car Service supports passengers with mobility, vision, and hearing accessibility needs. Standard fleet (Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Navigator, Cadillac Escalade ESV) provides step-up assistance for mobility-impaired passengers. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV) available on request through partner vehicles.

Step-Up Assistance

All Business SUV (Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Navigator) and First Class SUV (Cadillac Escalade ESV) vehicles provide easier entry for elderly or mobility-impaired passengers vs sedan-tier. Chauffeur assistance includes door opening, hand support entering/exiting vehicle, and luggage handling.

Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicles (WAV)

For passengers requiring full wheelchair access (no transfer to vehicle seat needed), Noble can arrange WAV vehicles with ramp access through partner operators. Specify at booking. 48 hours advance notice recommended.

Mobility Aids

Cane, walker, and rollator transport is standard with all Noble vehicles. Chauffeurs assist with loading and unloading. Folding wheelchairs fit in Business SUV / First Class SUV / Sprinter Van cargo capacity.

Patient Transport

For non-emergency hospital and clinic transfers (Memorial Sloan Kettering, NewYork-Presbyterian, NYU Langone, Mount Sinai, Hospital for Special Surgery), see medical transportation.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in all Noble vehicles at no additional charge. Specify at booking.
