Noble’s Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier carries 10–14 passengers. Confirm the vehicle configuration and luggage allowance for your group; seat count alone does not establish space for fourteen large suitcases. Tell dispatch about strollers, equipment and mobility needs.

Ask for the vehicle specification and entry arrangement before booking. Do not assume every van is wheelchair accessible or has the same seating layout.

Understand the minimum

Noble publishes $200/hour with a four-hour minimum, or $800 before requested extras. Airport group transfers are quoted per trip. Ask whether your itinerary needs hourly availability or just a transfer.

Specify every stop and the expected finishing time. For weddings or conferences, allow time for boarding and nominate one contact to coordinate the group. Additional time follows the confirmed booking terms.

Airport and cruise planning

Airport waiting includes 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 for international flights after landing. For passengers on multiple flights, agree on which arrival controls the pickup and how separate delays will be handled.

For a cruise, use the cruise line’s assigned check-in window and terminal instructions. Confirm pickup timing and waiting terms separately for disembarkation; an airport waiting policy should not be assumed to apply to a ship.
