This is the corporate desk. Do not split it onto other URLs. A corporate account replaces per-ride cards with one billing relationship. Every ride any employee takes lands on a single itemized invoice (PDF plus CSV on the first of the month), with rider name, date, vehicle tier, route, total, and an optional cost-center, matter, or deal code. Exports match Concur, SAP, Workday, and Coupa.
As of 2026 the published roster names Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Citi, BlackRock, Bloomberg, and Meta, plus law firms, family offices, and pre-IPO companies. Coverage follows the executives: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Newark and Jersey City, with Hamptons and other long-haul on /services/long-distance.
Hourly, 3-hour minimum on sedans and SUVs, 4 hours on the Sprinter. Tolls, tax, and standard gratuity included.

A single airport hop is cheaper as a flat airport transfer. Three or more stops, or real waiting, belongs on hourly. A 10-hour Business Sedan roadshow day is $950 flat.
Put the EA mobile on every booking, even when the principal books. A 5:50 a.m. gate change needs someone who answers.
One chauffeur, one vehicle, one manifest. Typical day: 8–12 stops between Midtown and the Financial District at $150/hr (Escalade ESV) or $175/hr (S-Class), 3-hour minimum, no per-stop fee. Multi-vehicle days stage management in the First Class Sedan and bankers in a one invoice. Dispatch builds the day from a single itinerary email.
Corporate accounts hold priority inventory. Book UN General Assembly (mid-to-late September) two weeks ahead, hourly not point-to-point. Fashion Week (February and September) one week ahead. Earnings-season roadshow cars 3–5 days out. Routine corporate airports still clear at 24 hours.
